One of the finest gifts of
nature with delicious and nourishing fruit is the oranges. I preferred oranges
with tight-skinned rather than the one with the loose-skinned. I often prepared
myself with some fruits after dinner, and today it is oranges which I bought
from the supermarket. This orange is so sweet and juicy.

Oranges are often popular as the wide-spread of
the citrus fruits. It is enriched with Vitamins C and its health-promoting
properties emanate from this fact. Orange helps to stimulate the flow of
digestive juices, hence improving digestion and increasing appetite. Orange can
also be a good treatment of constipation. If you take Oranges daily early in
the morning, it could even help to stimulate our bowel action, where you could
go to toilet easily.
